Local business leaders can now equip their organizations with globally recognized change management skills.
Darren Radford, Managing Director of Vancouver based Aspire Learning, announced today that two global organizations have certified Aspire’s 2015 change management curriculum.
The Association of Project Management Group (APMG International), headquartered in the UK, and the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) based in the US, have formally endorsed Aspire as the first organization to facilitate both certifications.
“Organizations need the skills and tools to transition team members successfully through change and innovation on a global and local scale” says Radford “. Achieving accreditation from both organizations means participants are recognized and capable of addressing enterprise wide challenges whatever their situation/context."
“Because change management is in such high demand, these two accreditation groups have worked closely with Aspire to ensure the latest 2015 curriculum is comprehensive and relevant” adds Elizabeth Keurvorst, APMG Certified Trainer, ACMP Member and Aspire’s Change Management Practice Lead. “Through the training we focus on insights into how organizations can move effectively through change and provide the tools to help with the process.”
