Aspire Becomes Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe™) Certified Partner

Expands enterprise-scale agile software development services based on the Scaled Agile Framework

Aspire announced today that it has joined the Scaled Agile Partner program. “We’re excited to have Aspire on board,” says Dean Leffingwell, Chief Methodologist and creator of the Scaled Agile Framework. “Our partners are companies that believe in agility at scale and the power of the Scaled Agile Framework to successfully transform organizations.” Aspire is the first Gold Partner of Scaled Agile Headquartered in Canada.

Aspire is a business transformation firm that provides advanced strategy, portfolio and enterprise program management services in addition to its SAFe solution delivery practice. Aspire is also an Accredited Training Organization through APMG-International where it provides training and professional credentials in PRINCE2, Portfolio, Program and other Change Management, IT and Governance certifications. “I like how a recent client described us – the business model is to enable clients to embrace and navigate necessary changes, not be a retained consultancy firm” says Darren Radford, Managing Director of Aspire. “Today’s environments illuminate the need for two value chains – run the business and change the business. We enable companies with the required capabilities to transform and integrate new ways of working into their operating rhythm.”

The Scaled Agile Framework is a proven knowledge base for implementing Agile practices at enterprise scale. Its primary interface is the “Big Picture” graphic which highlights the individual roles, teams, activities and artefacts necessary to scale agile from the Team (delivery via Scrum and XP development practices), to the Program (integrated value realization) and Portfolio (strategic alignment and investment decision-making) enterprise level. It has been successfully applied in programs ranging from 50-125 people, to enterprises employing thousands of software developers.
